Dr. Patricia Scott is an experienced oral surgeon who has served the southwest Florida community for over 30 years. She earned her degree in Dietetics from Michigan State University and completed an internship at the Mayo Clinic before becoming a registered Dietician in Elkhart, Indianna. Dr. Scott later pursued a career in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, graduating from the University of Illinois Dental School and completing her residency training at the University of Illinois and Cook County Hospital in Chicago.

In 1992, Dr. Scott relocated to Port Charlotte, where she established and successfully managed her own oral surgery practice for three decades. After selling her practice and retiring in 2021, she chose to return to the profession and now works alongside Dr. Kaufman in Sarasota, FL.

Dr. Scott has two adult children. Her personal interests include fitness, photography, traveling and hiking.
